What is UR Uth?
UR Uth is a shortened version for Upper Room Youth. UR Uth is a high-energy youth church that ministers the timeless Gospel in a whole new light. We rock hard with live music, dance, drama and illustrated sermons that will inspire and strengthen your walk with God. It is our desire that you become bold in your faith and God, and share the Gospel with your friends, family, community, and to your generation.

To sum it up:
Upper Room Youth Ministries (or uruth for short) is the youth ministry for Templo Aposento Alto A/G located in northwest Houston, Texas. It’s about teenagers encountering God, making friends, growing together and making a difference.

1 Peter 2:9 "But you are a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people belonging to God, that you may declare the praises of Him who called you out of the darkness into His wonderful light."

The Scripture says that we are a chosen people, chosen by God, to bring revival into our schools, our neighborhood, youth group, and our generation. This is the generation that is destined to see the power of God in a mighty way. It’s our passion and the desire to please God with our whole heart, and all that is within us. We will see the Holy Spirit move throughout our generation. It is my passion to see each of us reach for God, reach within ourselves, and reach people!

Mission Statement: A youth ministry dedicated in providing a compassionate and friendly environment for youth as we encourage through worship, encounter through discipleship, and empower through service. It is our passion to see young people come to Christ as we build them up, and send them out to win a generation for Christ.
